If you create a .bat file that sets up all the environment variables then you can reproduce the build and you don’t need to build repeatedly (if it fails once, it will fail next time, too).

I don’t see any error messages in the text you copied here and it also does not look like a build log. If you find that you have trouble downloading sample data (probably due to a too aggressive firewall or proxy server) then you can disable testing when you configure Slicer in CMake and you’ll see if any problems remain then.
