I need to find my cranium!

Hello all:

This is not a question about 3D Slicer (many of those will be posted later). I have tried all over forumland. In short, I need to convert any of my 4 cranium models to a file format suitable for Finite Element Analysis.

If i understand your question correctly, you can segment the area you want in segment editor module.
Then use the segment mesher module via extension manager to create a mesh suitable for FEM with Cleaver2 or TetGen.
