Your version of macos is quite old.
Last updated about five years ago. You should update the OS, or if possible the whole computer. If you can’t do that, there are older packages of Slicer that might work.
So, Can you tell me what is the version MacOSX must I have, to me install the latest version of 3D Slicer.
The error message you posted indicates 10.13 is needed, but you have 10.12. In general you should get the latest OS version your hardware supports. We try to support as many configurations as possible, but after about 5 years we typically can’t support older systems. We don’t track version by version of OS and Slicer so I can’t tell you the minimum you must have.
Slicer documentation currently states support on macOS 11 and later which for example supports a MacBook Pro (Late 2013) and newer
