Is there a way to constantly show lines on all viewports so that we know where each view is?

In other words, I would like to know if there is a way to show lines where each view is on other viewports?

For example on the horizontal viewport to show a line where a vertical one is?

Yes, check the box for Slice Intersections in the dropdown on this toolbar icon:
