Mirror landmarks and evaluate mandible asymmetry in DeCA

Dear professor，I have downloaded the DeCA and successfully used it to generate a mean mesh from mandible datasetes，but if I want to evaluate the mandible asymmetry across the midsaggital plane in the “Mirror Data” and “DeCA symmetry analysis”，what specific steps should I follow exactly？
