Morphocloud instance leads to empty black screen

I unshelved a new instance (instance-278, g.xl), but it never fully loads, leaving an empty black screen. I can open up the side toolbar, but nothing else. I can’t even right-click to bring up the desktop menu. I tried this on two computers, and it’s behaving the same way.

Any thoughts on what might be happening?

We started observing since last week. Not sure why it is happening but shelving/unshelving seems to resolve.
