Hi;

Are there any 3D slicer module or extensions providing a quantitaive study in order to evaluate how much the reconstructed 3D models are faithful to the data provided by the segmentation?

3D models are identical to what you see in 3D representation of segmentations.

There are lots of quantitative studies that validate Slicer for certain clinical applications. These papers can give you confidence that Slicer works well in general, but it is always your responsibility to validate Slicer for your specific use case.
