Slicer starts up with a blank screen then "Slicerapp-real.exe not responding" error

Slicer version: Slicer 4.11.20210226
Expected behavior:
Actual behavior:

I am new here, tried to install the latest stable version but as soon I launch the slicer it loads and just before the home screen there is long paused (blank screen) and later a error indicating (not responding)

Please go through all the suggestions described in the documentation and let us know what solved the issue (or if none of them helped).

Dint help much with current stable version 4.11.20210226 , but 4.10.2 works well.
I had doubt about my system ability 4.10.2 works while 4.11.20200903 loads but only with plain blank screen, menus not seen but enabled see below

What hardware are you using? (Computer model and/or CPU and GPU). This could reveal more information about this issue.
