Hi there! I have trouble using SlicerFab Module in 5.0.2 The bitmaps generated doesnt start from the first slice as it should, it just stays at the top and create slices from there. It was working fine in 5.1 (last week)
Screencap from config attached - and a few slices attached too (file name to know the number of slice).
Thanks for the report. You can file an issue on the github repo for the extension and someone might be able to work on it. I wrote the first version of this but since I don’t have a printer that supports this it’s not an active project for me. Community support is welcome.
Hi Steve.
We were talking about the dithering problem using the Colorize Volume module as a solution for this issue.

There are big differences between volume rendering and bitmap printing, so I’m not sure techniques are transferable. I haven’t looked at the details in quite a while.
Thanks for your answer.
I made a volume with Colorize Volumen, and then export the slices in png format using SlicerFab and the dithering works fine, so I consider it done for experimental and research purpouses.
Thanks for your patience.
