The current 3D slicer version of Windows is unresponsive

I don’t think the mac version has a problem.

There are overwhelmingly many versions of Windows in Asia.

Currently, the 4.11 (29216) version of Windows on the 13th is not responding at all.

Loading Dicom database is dead.

There is no Ctrl+H reaction.

Hellp & Acknowledgement also has no indication.

Version 4.10.2 is in the same state.

Delete all of them, reinstall them, and I attach the error log file.

Is there a solution?

Please try if installing latest Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 redistributable (direct link: vc_redist.x64.exe) fixes the issue.
