Hi:

I wonder if there is any way to view the saved output of free water fraction (free water imaging volume) in UKF? I use Slicer version 4.5.0-1.

Go to Modules->Tractography Display and select Color By -> Scalar Value as below (note: if it does not work, please try a newer version than 4.5, ideally the nightly):

Thanks a lot for the prompt response.
However, looks like Tractography Display is to show the tractography.
I was wondering if it is possible to generate the scalar volume of free water maps using UKF or other modules.

UKF computes these other measures in the process of fitting tractography streamlines, so it doesn’t provide any volumetric output.
