After loading the data, I try to use the crop volume module to downsample the data and the error that is
displayed in the snapshot occurs.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this error will be really helpful.
Bad Allocation is the key, you are running out of memory.
You can try the ImageStacks module from SlicerMorph extension to downsample at the time of import.

Unfortunately, I am not able to find SlicerMorph in install extensions search while trying to install the extension on a remote server.
No extensions found for linux:64-bit, revision: '28257'. Please try a different combination
SlicerMorph is only available for preview versions (4.11)
