Hello,

I started to use the VMTK took and I don’t understand.
In my VTMK the only package I see relevant to centerlines are Extract centerlines.
I don’t have the centerlines computation.
is it the same? why I don’t have the same packages inside the VMTK tool?

In the SlicerVMTK extension, Extract centerline is the only module that computes centerlines.

Since you mentioned Extract centerlines, I assume that you are indeed referring to the SlicerVMTK extension.

You already have the Extract centerline module for that.
