Computational Centerline Error

Hello,
I’m running into this issue when I press “preview” in the SlicerVMTK Centerline Computation module.

Capture2

I am having the same issue.
Weirdly enough, it is only happening in one of my two Win machines.
I have tried re-installing everything multiple times with no success.

Has this issue been resolved?

Do you use the exact same Slicer version on your two computers?

I am running 4.10.2 r28257 on both

Could you compare the content of c:\Users\(yourusername)\AppData\Roaming\NA-MIC\Extensions-28257\SlicerVMTK folders (and all subfolders)? Do you have the exact same files on the two computers?

@lassoan,

Thank you!
Without inspecting too much, I just copied all of the directories and files from the working extension to the faulty one. I was just able to calculate a center-line on my model. :grinning:

Hi all, check out the new, completely reworked centerline extraction module in SlicerVMTK:
