Hi,
does anybody know where do the actual files dwell for these hash codes?

It appears to be in the GitHub release with the volumes listed as assets of the release. Releases · Slicer/slicer.kitware.com-midas3-archive · GitHub

For further context, that convention is like what is done in the SlicerTestingData repo. That also uses a GitHub release to store volumes as assets of the release. Releases · Slicer/SlicerTestingData · GitHub
