Analyzing one lung at a time

Hello, I wanted to know if there was any I could adjust my 3D view so that I could see one lung at a time, without having to segment the new lung. I would like to clean up the lung from within but It is hard to do so as it is at the moment

I don’t yet understand what is the problem here. If you want to separate left and right lung, you can use the Scissors effect in the 3D view. If the problem is that you can’t see the image under the lung segment, you can switch to outline only mode:
