How can i use brats toolkit within 3D Slicer. The toolkit allow auto brain tumour segmentation. Docker is also required to use it.
I tried installing the toolkit. The toolkit seems installed successfully but it do not allow processing.
How can I set the docker settings within 3D Slicer for the toolkit to work.
