How to use 3D Slicer for Cranial Asymmetry Assessment in Infants?

Hi, I’m a Pediatric Physical Therapist and I work with infants with Cranial Asymmetries. However, all softwares for asymmetry analysis are paid and I would like to know if I can use this software to calculate these asymmetries to perform a research.

These tools might help: https://github.com/DCBIA-OrthoLab/SlicerAutomatedDentalTools. Specifically this one. (I haven’t used them myself, so I can’t say for sure).

The papers mostly focus on the mouse, but it is also equally applicable for the humans
