I need to do diffusion and tractography with 3D slicer from the resonance images. Can someone tell me if it is possible and if it is, I would appreciate a link to a tutorial. Thank you!!

Going through those in order, it should eventually take you through the steps of DTI tractography and later UKF 2-tensor based tractography.
