Hi! I am trying to check if I understand the IBSI configurations https://ibsi.readthedocs.io/en/latest/05_Reference_data_sets.htmlcorrectly by running their phantom through pyradiomics. However, I am constantly getting textural features out of the range. Maybe, I don’t understand pyradiomics customization exactly (for instance, I might need to add padding or something else). Could someone please share the parameter files or parameters for IBSI configurations A-E?!
