Layout icon does not expand in the seconday monitor when scaling is more than 100%

Windows 10 with dual monitor setup
Happens both with nightly and 4.10.1
Layout icon doesn’t expand when scaling is set to the recommended setting on windows (150%).

Can you attach a screenshot of Slicer and also a screenshot of the display settings window?

here you go. Layout doesn’t expand in the monitor shown as #1 (but the secondary monitor).

Turns out actually it does pop up, but not in the second monitor where the Slicer main window is, but all the way on the other monitor. I just never noticed. Still a bit confusing though.
