There is a older releases link under Stable Release. Are there older nightly builds as well? I am looking for a build from November to understand how a module of my interest has evolved.
You can usually download nightly builds from the Slicer Preview cdash (CDash). There is an icon link as highlighted in the image below. Use the calendar to go back to an earlier date.
In general Slicer 4.10.0 was released around November 2018, so that could be a good place to start and that would available from the “older releases” link that you specified above.

Nightly builds are not kept for very long time, as they would take up a lot of storage space, but probably you can still download releases from the last couple of months.
