"Surface Smoothing" in Volume Rendering - Sparkling Artifacts on Rendered Images

Hi all,

I’ve been working with volume rendering, specifically using the “Surface Smoothing” feature. However, I noticed that enabling this feature introduces sparkling artifacts on the rendered images, as shown in the attached photo.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue? If so, do you know of any solutions or workarounds to resolve this?
