Unknown Transformation - Canon 3D Ultrasound

Hey Folks,

I am trying to get the 3D Volume from proprietary Canon 3D Ultrasounds. I have made a lot of progress, using a custom version of RawImageGuess. I have got pretty far, but am stuck with this specific problem:

I am not sure how to correct for the “stair-like” effect of the images, they are not tiled 100%. Does anyone recognise what this is and what operation I need to correct for it?

I have gotten pretty far now, I just need to know how to correctly implement this “curving” transformation. Any ideas?
