In the Plus Server Launcher, videos can be streamed to 3D Slicer. Moreover, within this configuration (i.e., .xml file, mmfVideo, Media Foundation) users can crop the incoming video stream by the ClipRectangle… functionality. Although the videostream is being cropped correctly, it lacks resolution. Is it able to adjust Plus Server Launcher to upscale the cropped videostream, or is anyone having experience with third party software for this upscale operation? I would like to stream the cropped videostream in the highest resolution possible.
