You can find lung CTs of covid, healthy, and lung cancer patients on TCIA.

There are 2 lung datasets here

For example, here https://mosmed.ai/en/datasets/ct_lungcancer_500/ is a dataset contains 541 CT images of high-risk lung cancer patients and associated radiologist annotations.
