How to perform tumor segmentation on PET and map it onto CT

Hi,
I am new to slicer. I have PETCT images (nifti).
I can segment tumor on PET based on threshold method.

But I don’t know how to put it on the CT image and then saved as nifti.
Anyone know how to perform it?
