Release of Slicer 5.8.1 in progress

As discussed in the February 25th weekly meeting, the regular Preview and Stable builds of Slicer and its extensions will be temporarily disabled this evening (March 2nd) to facilitate the Slicer 5.8.1 patch release.

• Regular Preview and Stable builds have NOT been resumed
